I took my first portrait of Bill Lark - the father of the Tasmanian Whisky industry - back in 2007.

With the rise and rise of the global reputation of the Tasmanian whisky distilling industry since then, I have been commissioned by several national and international magazines including Unfiltered Magazine  in Scotland to cover various key players, including Lark Distillery, Sullivan's Cove and Belgrove Distillery.
